Long Car Rides

I'm on my way to Mississippi right now and I've been in the car for a few hours now. I've realized that sometimes you shouldn't forget things that are important to bring on trips. Like laptop chargers and makeup.. Yes I did leave leave these items at home and I'm quite annoyed at myself because I do travel a lot and somehow I forget atleast 2 or 3 things every single time.. So next time you travel, be sure to make a list and not forget anything. Because it sucks not having the main things you need.  Bonne nuit

Top 10 Songs Of 2013 ♬

It's no lie when I say music is the biggest booming thing in the world. Everyone loves music no matter the genre. Hip hop, classical, country, rock, and anything with a singer. (of course without a singer there is no 'music'.) I love music, It's practically an everyday routine. Whether or not you want to listen to music, you always hear it. It maybe a tune in your head, or the theme song to your favorite show. Here are the top ten songs of 2013.

Number 10. Katy Perry - Roar

This song is no doubt starting off the top 10 songs. Every time I got in the car this was playing.

Number 9. Cruise - Florida Georgia Line ft. Nelly

This song is sweet and southern. Sweet tea and Marshall Tucker always call for a good country song.

Number 8. Bruno Mars - When I Was Your Man

This song is the bittersweet story of a girl leaving him because he didn't treat her right. How sweet yet sad.

Number 7.  P!nk ft. Nate Ruess - Just Give Me A Reason

This song talks about a relationship falling apart and giving a reason to hold on.

Number 6. Justin Timberlake - Mirrors

All I can say is it's like this is my mirror staring back at me.

Number 5.  Macklemore and Ryan Lewis ft. Ray Dalton - Can't Hold Us

The party anthem of 2013.

Number 4.  Baauer - Harlem Shake

This song included random dancing was played in my ear a few times too many this year.

Number 3. Imagine Dragons - Radioactive

This song has the best beat and lyrics.

Number 2. Robin Thicke ft. T.I. + Pharrell - Blurred Lines

Great song. Until Miley Cyrus twerked to it. (joking. Or am I?)

And what we've all been waiting for...

Number 1. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis ft. Wanz - Thrift Shop

I actually liked this song until I heard it on the radio seven times a day.

And there we have it. I found the top ten from here . Be sure to check it out and also the other top 90 songs in it. Have a great rest of the day. Au Revoir.

Lita Is The New Pink

Everyone can agree Lita's are probably the most fashion forward shoes anyone can step foot in. It's no lie when I say that anyone who owns a pair of these are and always will be considered a fashionista. But are they the biggest statement your fashion side can make? The fashion world can make many bold statements. Even a pure, simple human being can make a bold statement. But maybe they make such a statement because people know what to pair Lita's with to make them even bolder than by themselves.

They are great for holiday parties when you have the perfect outfit to match.  Black Lita's always look good with a burgundy red skirt and maybe even some shine added in, Perhaps a sparkled black loose-fitting tank top will do justice. But that's a bit for the summertime. Unless of course you live in Hawaii or California. A black trench coat with the Lita's shown above and whatever dark colored dress you prefer is a great combination also.

Though, no matter what you wear this Holiday season stay safe and Merry Christmas.

Snow, Lights, And Christmas Trees

Christmas is just around the corner and I am still hopeless to find the perfect gift for everyone. I know I know, I'm such a procrastinator. As this joyous season comes I find that I am more and more thankful everyday. I realize how much I get and how much I have that I don't realize what other people are going through on Christmas day. Yes I know you're all probably thinking oh how cliché of her to talk about this. And yes it might be that but sometimes you do have to stop and think about it.

I should probably be talking about this around Thanksgiving instead of Christmas, but I'll say it for both. Whilst you are unwrapping gifts and sitting in the warmth of your home, think about all the things you are thankful for. Whether it's your family, or your friends, or just being able to wake up and breathe.

I would write down everything I'm thankful for but that would take quite a bit of time. So here's just a few things:

  1. I'm thankful for my sister being loud and waking me up because that means my sister and I are healthy and breathing.
  2. I'm thankful that I had to kick off my covers because I was so hot last night because that means my house has heat.
  3. I'm thankful that I had to go to school Tuesday because that means I'm privileged enough to get an education.
  4. I'm thankful that I'm way too full to eat anything else because that means I have food.

Don't take the small things for granted. And better yet don't get upset by little thing because even the most annoying things can show you something you have and need to cherish.

                                                            MERRY CHRISTMAS. :)
